How this site uses cookies and analytics — in plain English, not a wall of legalese.

Who we are

Jonas Partners is a UK executive coaching practice run by Warren Jonas. The company is Jonas Partners Limited, a business consultancy registered in England (Company 08649183), based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

What we collect

We keep this site light. We only collect what we need to run it and to understand whether it is useful.

  • Analytics, after you accept. How people find and use the site — pages viewed, roughly where the visit came from, and which links they click. This does not load until you say yes.
  • Form and booking data, via HubSpot. On /book, the HubSpot meeting calendar does not load until you click “Show booking calendar”. If you then book a call, HubSpot collects the details you enter (typically your name, email and meeting notes) so we can hold the conversation.
  • Essential cookies for your consent preference. A small local store that remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics and advertising cookies, so we do not keep asking.

The tools on this site

These are the tools actually live on jonaspartners.co.uk. We have not listed processors we do not use.

  • Google Analytics 4 (G-GJZBMDYRN1) — after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM-WZKRD5X4) — after you accept advertising cookies.
  • Google Fonts (Playfair Display and Inter) — loaded from Google’s servers when you open a page; your browser sends your IP address to Google so the font files can be delivered. We do not use Google Fonts for analytics.
  • LinkedIn Insight (partner 9532434) — after you accept advertising cookies.
  • If you have used LinkedIn, LinkedIn may set its own cookies (such as bcookie, lidc and li_sugr) on linkedin.com. We can’t read or remove these, but you can manage them in LinkedIn’s cookie settings.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics — after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Vercel Web Analytics — after you accept analytics cookies.
  • HubSpot Meetings — only after you click “Show booking calendar” on /book and only if you then use the scheduler.

We do not sell your data. We do not add extra advertising networks beyond the tools named here.

Analytics

After you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, Vercel Web Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. Vercel also records custom events when you click a booking or email link (for example which page and button you used) — not your name or email. Ahrefs and Vercel Web Analytics are first-party or privacy-oriented measurement; Google Analytics may set cookies on your device once its script loads.

Consent

Under UK PECR, non-essential measurement and marketing scripts stay off until you accept. The banner starts from “off”: Google Analytics 4, Vercel Web Analytics and Ahrefs need analytics consent; Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn Insight need advertising consent. They do not load (and do not send data) until you choose Accept all, or turn on the relevant categories under Manage. Reject all leaves them off. Pressing Escape with no saved choice works the same as Reject all; if you already have a saved choice, Escape closes the banner without changing it.

Your consent choice is stored for about six months, then we ask again. If you withdraw analytics or advertising consent via Cookie settings, we clear the related third-party cookies we can reach on this device and reload the page so trackers stop. The essential consent preference itself stays on so we can honour your choice.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email atlas@jonaspartners.co.uk and we will handle the request.

Updates

We will update this page if the tools on the site change.
