Warren Jonas is an executive coach, board advisor and serial founder based in Maidenhead, UK. He founded Jonas Partners in 2021, having co-founded Wild & Stone in 2018 — a global eco-homewares brand now spanning 100+ products and 200,000+ customers — and Robert Lloyd in 2007 (property investment).
He holds the ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential — held by fewer than 15% of coaches globally — with over 3,000 hours of coaching to date. He is Henley Business School trained (Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching) and currently completing Henley's MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change.
Warren is a Virgin StartUp Mentor (Mentor of the Quarter, 2023), a Techstars Global Mentor, and a Business Leader forum facilitator for founders and CEOs.
Operating experience. 20+ years across technology, consumer goods, financial services and professional services. Warren previously led a Managed Services business unit at Rackspace, where he was named IT Professional of the Year finalist at the UK Customer Experience Awards (2012). He currently serves as Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor across scaling businesses in growth, funding and go-to-market.
