01 — The Practice

For the conversations you can’t have anywhere else.

Jonas Partners is an executive coaching practice for founders and CEOs. Founded by Warren Jonas — ICF PCC certified executive coach, serial founder (Wild & Stone, Robert Lloyd), and board advisor across sectors. The practice combines coaching discipline with real operator and boardroom experience.

Warren Jonas founded Wild & Stone in July 2018 (sustainable homewares) and Robert Lloyd in 2007 (property investment). He sits on board advisory or NED seats across pharma (SA Pharma), mortgages (CRC), moving services (Moving Home Company), digital marketing (Nuli, Noffee), hospitality (Temple), and previously Amazon marketplace consulting (AMZ PPC Management, 2025).

The quality of a business is downstream of the quality of its leadership. Everything we do starts there.

Our engagements are structured but not prescriptive. We don't sell session packages. We commit to the outcome, and we stay until the work is done.

02 — How We Work

Four practices, one standard.

03 — The Compass Coaching Methodology

A compass for leaders who can't afford to drift.

N E S W North Star Execution Self-Awareness Winning
N

North Star

The pillars unique to each leader. The non-negotiables that shape every meaningful decision.

E

Execution

Are the rocks moving? Honest accounting of what's getting done versus what's been said.

S

Self-Awareness

The patterns about you—how you think, what trips you up, what compounds when you stop fighting it.

W

Winning

The outcome of N + E + S done well. Not luck. The result of being deliberately oriented.

06 — In Their Words

What clients actually say.

I was in need of direction and clarity around my new role, and Warren has been excellent at providing direction, focus and honesty on what my short and medium goals should be.
Barry Rylance · CRC★★★★★ Google review
Warren came in during a crucial moment of our business. What's interesting is that we hadn't fully grasped the reasons we were in a crucial moment, nor how crucial the moment really was…
Konstantinos Savvanidis★★★★★ Google review
Working with Warren has been one of the most transformative experiences of my professional life. He asks the right questions, challenges the way you think, and somehow makes you discover the answers within yourself.
